The Medtronic Diabetes Updater application gives you access to the recent software updates. The Updater application enables software updates for your MiniMed™ 700-series pump, giving you access to the recent technology from Medtronic.
The Updater application connects with the MiniMed™ 700-series pumps via Bluetooth* communication. The software update process with Updater application puts you in control, giving you the freedom to update pump software remotely. And it does it all using the same pump you already have on hand.
Prescription, training and other prerequisites may be needed before you can access pump software remotely. Consult the local Medtronic www service or contact the Medtronic representative to know more about your pump eligibility. A compatible tablet and internet connection are required. The application is compatible with major tablet brands and operating systems, for more info visit the application compatibility tool.
This application will only work with a MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump systems, which was specifically designed to communicate wirelessly with compatible smartphones. To find a list of compatible devices, please visit your local Medtronic website. The Medtronic Diabetes Updater application will not work with other MiniMed™ or Paradigm™ insulin pumps.
